Calico Critters "Who's Missing?" Card Game Review

Since its inception in 1967, International Playthings, LLC has excelled in the delivery of innovative and entertaining products with integrity, superior play value and child developmental qualities to consumers. One of their exciting brands is Calico Critters of Cloverleaf Corners. Designed with remarkable attention to detail, these adorable minature animals live in homes decorated with life like furniture and accessories.

I had th
e chance to review the "Who's Missing?" card game, a fun and exciting memory game for 2 - 4 players ages 3 and up. The game provides an interesting spin on a classic - the dealer shuffles cards and places 5 cards (faceup) in a row. Players look at the cards, then hide their eyes while the dealer takes one away. The first child to name who is missing keeps the card, and the first player to earn 3 cards wins the round. After each hand, the dealer adds two cards, and the row grows, increasing game difficulty. You can also play "No More Critters" with the cards, a fun game of matching as you race to empty your hand before the other players.

The cards are full color photos of the adorable Critters, and are as fun to look at as they are to play! I love that this game appeals to a variety of ages, as well as both boys and girls, and is a perfect family activity.

Children can also check out the newly redesigned interactive Calico Critters website where they can meet the Calico Critters, play games, print coloring pages or decorations. There's even recipes and stories!

You can check out Calico Critters on YouTube (too cute!).

Calico Critters are available at select retailers or online.

I received product(s) to review - the opinion in this post is entirely my own.
