I used to be able to compromise with a tankini, but last year she wanted to try a real bikini. We spent weeks hitting every store in town, trying suit after suit after suit until we found one she loved, that didn't make me blush, and that wouldn't tempt her dad to staple her securely in a beach towel before letting her out of the house. I've been bracing myself for round two this summer, and then I found it - the perfect solution!Hapari offers a full line of modest swimwear for everyone :) I even found suits I'll be comfortable wearing! I'm definitely lusting for the one above (Mango Mudd Vneck Tankini). I looked at all of their bikinis (NOT something I'll be wearing until I drop the last of the baby fat. Hmmmm....Can I still call it baby fat if my "baby" is 15?) super cute, nicely cut, but full coverage - wooohooo! I called Brittany over to take a peek. She instantly fell in love with the Zebra Bikini w/ Turquoise Band, and being the evil mom that I am, I hemmed and hawed, and finally sighed, well, maybe, but it IS a bikini :) And as soon as she was out, I was doing my happy dance - Victory! Cute, quality suit Brittany will love, with coverage I can be comfortable with :)
Hapari is perfect for moms, too - tops can be mixed and matched with bottoms (pieces sold separately), and every top can be worn three ways! Plus, every tankini top has secret pockets for silicone breast inserts called Illusions (if I triple my bust size will it call attention away from the tummy????), and Tummy Tuk bottoms tuck you in and hide unwanted curves.
Hapari is generously offering (Thank you Hapari!) one lucky Silver Savings, Freebies and Giveaways reader a suit of their own (top and bottom, your choice of each, a $96.00 value!). Giveaway is open to US residents and ends 5/6/10. Winner selected via random.org. Prize awarded via gift certificate.
