OK, I know I always focus on great giveaways, reviews, and savings, but I had to share :)
I finally hit the halfway mark of my weightloss journey!!! 50 pounds down :) Insert jumping, cartwheels, handstands here, because, yea, I can now jump, cartwheel and run :) No, can't do handstands, but I've never been able to do those, even when I was a skinny b*^%# in high school :) Plus, my asthma is under control. I only hit my inhaler about 1X a day instead of every 5 steps.
It's taken a year, but I've done it my way without dieting, scary pills, or starvation. And slowly, verrrrry slowly, the weights coming off. I've discovered some great supplements, natural, nothing toxic, that work wonders - cinnamon pills (regulates your blood sugar. Steady blood sugar = fewer cravings); magnesium (energy); multi vitamin (finally caved - everyone should take one of these, and I have to admit, I do feel better when I take a daily one); and last, Vitamin D (good for bones and mood). I'm not dieting, as diets just. don't. work. I've cut out junk, but allow myself to have that brownie if I really want. And oddly enough, telling myself it's OK to have that brownie, I usually wind up not wanting it. On diets, I'd say no, not on the diet, and scarf the whole pan.
